Are you looking for a change in your workouts? Tired of looking at the same old machine?  Corvallis Fitness Adventures is an exciting workout without boundaries of gym walls. Anything is possible when put your mind to it and you have the support and motivation that CFA gives you.

Corvallis Fitness Adventures  includes  Outdoor Fitness Boot Camps, Beginner Boot Camps, Personal TrainingNutritional guidance, Interval training, stair climbing drills, Corporate Team Building, hiking and Aquatic Rehab Exercise in and around Corvallis, Oregon. We will train anywhere, anyplace, anytime and yes, we will go in the rain or snow!

Who can join, what if I am out of shape?

Women and men of all fitness levels, sizes and ages will get great results. Whether you are a beginner, an avid fitness enthusiast or just tired of the same routine come try this total body conditioning program. Exercises can be modified to your level. You should be able to jog a 12-15 minute mile to keep up with the regular group. CFA now offers Beginning Boot and Baby Boomer Boot camp options, please see Boot Camp page for dates and times.

Where do we workout?

You will workout in the mountains, hiking trails, playgrounds, parks, a backyard, a pool, even the local school stadium. No gym membership is required and minimal equipment is needed most of which will be provided. We will exercise using our own body weight, resistance bands, uneven terrain, stairs, hills, dumb bells and other creative tools at a site.

Workplace Options - Downtown Corvallis, Timberhill area, Mid-Town We offer corporate  programs for the workplace during your lunch hour, afternoon break time or after work. Small group training can make you push harder and have more fun with exercise. Please contact Shandra for information, and to schedule times.

If you love the outdoors, like meeting new people, want to feel better about yourself and need a little motivation then get in touch with us. There is no person that is too week, too slow or in too bad of shape, exercises can be modified to accommodate  your ability.
