Shandra’s mission is to enhance lives by offering the best   experiences through personal training, The MELT Method, outdoor fitness classes,  hiking, running and mountain biking. People will enjoy adventures, find relaxation and rejuvenation to ensure a more peaceful and fulfilling life.

Her passion to teach and train people was born out of the desire to share Shandra’s excitement for life, living to the fullest, taking care of one owns body, staying fit and bringing together like minded individuals who love the outdoors and don’t always want to be inside in a gym. She is an avid exerciser and everyday there is always something fun to do, even in the rain! She has spend years working with people of all ages and abilities and loves to share her joy for healthy living. She loves the 80/20 rule in nutrition, eat clean 80% of the time and then have more fun 20% of the time so you can enjoy the treats in life!
