The greatest thing about being a Personal Fitness Trainer is the terrific people that you meet. Whether training individuals, instructing Group Fitness Classes, teaching Outdoor Fitness Boot Camps, or just helping someone with specific exercises I meet so many nice people all with the same goal: Get Healthy. Group Hikes can play an integral part in any fitness regimen as they are relaxing and can help you wind down both mentally and physically from your daily duties. The time passes quickly when hiking with others just like listening to music while getting a cardio workout. Last night we had seven people and two dogs go for a nice 3.5 mile hike at Peavey Arboretum. The weather was beautiful and the trail was in great shape.
