What a great workout this morning at Martin Luther King Park in Corvallis. Sprints on the base paths, lunges, step ups, you name it we did it. Outdoor Fitness Boot Camps are an ultimate combination of cardio, flexibility, and strength training. The best part is doing all of this outside instead of within the confines of a gym. If you have not tried our Corvallis Fitness Adventures Boot Camp there is still plenty of time to sign up for the July session.
