Our next 4 week Fitness Boot Camp begins in a little less than one week and there is still time for you to sign up! You don’t have to sign up alone and having a friend register is a fantastic way for you to get in the Boot Camp state of mind. You and your buddy can challenge each other to get in shape and go head to head in the daily workout.
