It’s official, the Corvallis Fitness Adventures July Outdoor Boot Camp started this morning with a great group of participants. This boot camp will feature a split schedule to accommodate all of our participants with two morning sessions and two evening sessions each week over a four week period. The temperatures have dropped back to the 70′s and it is just perfect for performing our workouts outdoors. It is not too late for you to sign up if you want to join this session and even if you want to drop in and test yourself for one session it is not a problem.
