Over the last few weeks we have addressed fitness and exercise during extreme heat and provided several pieces of literature regarding this topic. Ultimately the decision should be to not do your workouts outside in high temperatures. This could pose a problem in regards to our outdoor fitness boot camp sessions but fortunately Corvallis Fitness Adventures has the solution. Even if you have not been participating in the July boot camp it does not mean that you cannot “drop in” and get a fantastic workout with our group. To beat the heat yesterday we took our outdoor boot camp inside and everyone had a great time. Drop-ins are always welcome in our group and are a great way for someone to get a taste of what our fitness boot camps are all about. If you would like to join us for a single session or sign up for our next boot camp call Shandra Milstein and Corvallis Fitness Adventures, LLC at (541) 207-8526. You can also email Shandra at outdoorfit@comcast.net or simply click the “contact” button on this site. Come beat the heat with us!
