Corvallis Fitness Adventures Beach Body Boot Camp

This morning was our last session of the January Boot Camp and we now head into a week break before we rev it up again! Our next session is our February Beach Body Boot Camp! Whether you want to get stronger, fitter, healthier, or get ready to hit the beach during spring break this is your opportunity to get that shape you have been looking for. Men and women can benefit from our interval training, stair workouts, body weight/band/resistance training, and our dynamic Tabata fitness routines. Improve your cardiovascular health and get stronger and more flexible by joining us for our morning and evening fitness boot camps. We meet in various indoor and outdoor locations in and around Oregon State University and Corvallis. We emphasize exercise in the great outdoors and utilize our local trail systems, parks, and building structures for incredibly unique and adaptable workouts.
