Even though we are on a break between Boot Camp sessions most of you are keeping up with your workouts. Are you keeping up with your commitment to healthy nutrition? Remember that your nutrition is 80% of your body’s appearance. Essentially this means that even if you are working hard on your exercises if you are not properly fueling your body and providing yourself with solid balanced nutrition you may not see the results that you hope to have. Eating healthy is not hard but it does take work if you have not been attentive to proper nutrition in the past.
