Yeehah! What a workout we had last night in Reser Stadium on the campus of Oregon State University. Even though we are on a break between boot camp sessions we had a “volunteer” stair workout last night and a BIG group turned out to hit the stairs in the rain. Between pounding up and down the stadium steps and doing interval strength training on the turf we had a fantastic time. Everyone was able to go at their own pace so that it was enjoyable for all and a total body workout was provided. Thanks to everyone that came out and “volunteered” for a rainy yet fun time.
