Next week begins our February Fitness Boot Camp session that will take place at locations in and around Corvallis and Oregon State University. This is a great opportunity for you to get your body into shape for that swimsuit you want to wear during your spring break travels. We will use Tabata interval training, body weight exercises with resistance bands and dumbbells, stair climbing, hill workouts, sprints, partner drills, and many other dynamic fitness routines for you to strengthen your core muscles and increase flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. Nutritional guidance and support is provided to help you get on the right path for fueling that new body that you are going to discover. February is an excellent time to get on the road towards a new healthy you and if you already exercise but are not seeing the results you desire our fitness boot camp will help you break through those plateaus.
