Happy Monday and happy beginning to our February Fitness Boot Camp! Today begins our next fitness boot camp session and the continuation of our training for The Big Climb in Seattle next month. We have been working hard on the stairs at Reser Stadium as well as the parking garage at Oregon State University. Along with training on the stairs we continue to lunge, squat, sprint, and increase our flexibility in preparation for the big event. We are happy to have people join our stair climb team and even if you will not be participating in the Big Climb why not join us for our February Beach Body Boot Camp? This is a terrific way for you to get ready for the upcoming warmer weather and all of the activities that come along with springtime! Our boot campers are a terrific group of people that love to challenge themselves and enjoy exercising with other like minded participants.
