Corvallis Fitness Adventures Big Stair Climb Team fund raising

Wow! What a great week of Fitness Boot Camps! We got in our workouts at the Corvallis High School track, the hills of 29th street, downtown Corvallis waterfront, Oregon State University parking garage stairs, and the stairs of Reser Stadium. We really got the quads burning this week and everyone did a terrific job. Our interval training of sprints, loaded leg exercises, stairs, hill repeats, and dumbbell/resistance band training gave us more than complete all body training over the past five days. Great job everyone!

I am so proud of our Big Climb team members for their fund raising efforts with a month left before the big event. We have more than doubled our fund raising goal which is just phenomenal. What a great feeling to be raising money for such a worthy cause while getting fit, strong, and healthy!
