Corvallis Fitness Adventures Seattle Big Climb training

Yee Hah! Only two weeks before our big adventure of The Big Climb in Seattle! Our training continues to go well and everyone is doing an exceptional job of working hard to get ready for this awesome event. Saturday’s hill run up Road 300 in the Dunn Forest was awesome and thanks to the whole team for showing up. It certainly was different than just running stairs and provided another awesome cross-training experience. Everyone has gotten incredibly strong and powered up all 1600 feet of vertical! Our special two week Mini Boot Camp has begun and we will use these workouts to continue to ready ourselves for the Big Climb as well as the overall fitness training of those that are not participating in Seattle. The weather is supposed to change this week so make certain that you stay warm, eat right, get lots of sleep, and continue to keep your body healthy. You don’t want to ring in spring with a cold or flu bug. We will continue to work our legs hard and load our workouts so that we not only continue to get stronger but will also increase our endurance.
