We are only six days from competing in the Big Climb in Seattle! We have all worked so hard to get into phenomenal shape for this event and everyone should be incredibly proud of their efforts. Not only have we been training for The Big Climb but we have done all of this while continuing with our usual fanny kicking Boot Camps. All of our stair climbing, lunges, walking squats, resistance training, Burpees!, and core strengthening will pay off while ascending the stairs of The Columbia Center in Seattle this coming Sunday. Our fundraising has been incredible as we are now 200% above our goal. Thank you to everyone that has donated to our Corvallis Fitness Team. We worked in a one hour stair climbing session yesterday at Reser Stadium on the campus of Oregon State University. The temps were perfect with no rain and we did over 2000 steps throughout the stadium. What a way to jump start your metabolism on a Sunday morning!
