Our current Boot Camp is in full swing and our third workout session was this morning at the Corvallis High School track. Interval training was the theme this morning and we woke ourselves up with builders on the football field. We mixed in plenty of strength training, core stability, and of course a great cool down stretching session. What a way to start the day especially since it was not raining! Last night we hit the stairs at the parking garage on the Oregon State University campus. In between each set of 525 steps we worked in plenty of Burpees, Push Ups, walking Lunges, and we used the resistance rings around our ankles for Squat Walks. Talk about a fantastic workout for the glutes and outer hips! Our team for the Run 4 Oregon Wine Half Marathon continues to grow and we are excited up training for and participating in this sure to be great event!
