Yee Hah! Our Spring Outdoor Boot Camp session is in full swing and we started it out with a great workout yesterday morning on the stairs in the parking garage at Oregon State University. We had intended to run the stairs at Reser Stadium but a rare 5:30 am rain storm made us use our back-up plan and head for the parking garage and it’s covered stairs. We had a great workout and completed 1680 stairs! We worked in sets of four and in between sets we did push-ups, mountain climbers, pulsing lunges, and triceps work. All of this provided us with a terrifically balanced workout that included core strengthening through interval training. What a great group of participants we have and all of us are looking forward to tomorrow’s session.
