That’s right, our Boot Camp is filled with Moms! Mothers of all ages participate in our Outdoor Fitness Boot Camps and boy do they work hard! What better treat to give yourself than the gift of fitness and good health? This morning we began the week’s Boot Camp with a fantastic workout at MLK Park in Corvallis. The sun is rising before 6:00 am and there is nothing quite like greeting the new day while in the great outdoors, fresh air, and getting the heart and body pumping to tackle the week ahead. This morning we mixed in some terrific interval training with dumbbell workouts, core exercises, hill work, and as always some fabulous stretching to wind down at the end of the workout. Moms and non-Moms alike all worked hard and helped each other through the workout.
