We are half way through our May Boot Camp and this morning the rainy weather did not stop us from getting in a stair workout on the campus of Oregon State. Mondays can be tough and sometimes it is a little more difficult to wake up those muscles, grit your teeth, and head outside for some fitness. This can be even more difficult when it is raining! No worries for our stellar group of Boot Camp participants! Everyone showed up, warmed up, and hit those stairs. Arms and legs were pumping and eventually the chatter started and those smiling faces started to show. This is what it’s all about; Pushing through and completing your workout. What a great way to start the day and this is where a smaller, personal group of people can really inspire one another to get through the exercises. Great job everybody!
