Wow!!! This morning was just awesome as we did our workout at the Corvallis High School track. The weather was warm and perfect as we did a thorough warm up prior to heading into a fantastic interval cardio/strength regimen. We watched the sun come up over the coastal mountains and the time just flew by. Nothing like doing lateral runs, crocodile push-ups, lunges, and a whole bunch of partner drills to get your metabolism fired up and ready to face the work day. Everyone did an awesome job this morning (even Russ!). We had a terrific turn out of participants today and our group worked so well together. Way to go Boot Campers!
