What a great circuit workout we had this morning at the Corvallis High School Track. Lots of sleepy faces starting on a Monday morning but we quickly woke up with some cardio intervals on the track and then we hit the circuit workout. Lunges, curls, planks, Burpees, stability ball work, and plenty of resistance band training were all just a part of the workout circuit. The weather was perfect this morning and just awesome watching the sun come up! Come on out and join us!
