Weekends and Upcoming Special Events
Bot Camp workouts combine resistance training, cardio, sport specific drills and loads of fun while jogging or fast walking in the great outdoors. We will be jogging intervals, hiking, squatting, lunging, jumping jacks, doing push ups and more great total body strength exercises.

Corvallis Half Marathon April 15th, go team!!
Saturday April 28th- 7:30am 8:45 ish – Chip Ross climb and body weight workout. Meet at Chepenafa Springs Park in Corvallis. Bring water and your climbing muscles!!
Sunday May 6th – 8:00am Group trail run- Bald Hill area- Park at the Oak Creek parking lot side. We will run to the Fairgrounds gate and back, then up towards Mulkey Creek trail (walk/run to the top) and back down.
