Beginner Boot Camps

teamworkCorvallis Fitness Adventures is excited to now offer beginner Boot Camp and Baby Boomer Boot Camp workouts!

Both camps are an introductory level workout that is perfect for the beginner and Baby Boomers that are looking for a little lighter and less impact. Workouts will start out with a focus on form and proper technique. You will gradually increase your strength, stamina, and self confidence in class. You will get more accomplished in 1 hour than most do in one week. The program will be a total body workout that includes resistance, toning, balance, agility, cardiovascular, core conditioning and flexibility training.

New class starts on March 2nd – March 25 (Meets at Timberhill Athletic club in studio C upstairs.)

Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00am- 8:00am (These classes will be held outdoors and indoors)  Supplemental workouts will be given for Monday and Friday workouts on your own.

One on one personal training will cost $30.00 – $60.00 per hour, this entire 4 week program, 8 one hour sessions is only$79.00. Drops ins are $10.00 per class.
