90 Minute Weekend Workouts, you can do it!
Bot Camp workouts combine resistance training, cardio, sport specific drills and loads of fun while jogging or fast walking in the great outdoors. We will be jogging intervals, hiking, squatting, lunging, jumping jacks, doing push ups and more great total body strength exercises.
Weekend 90 minute workout dates down below are;
Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in and warm up.
March 13th, 14th TBA – Shandra may be out of town.
Bring a Yoga mat or towel, water and a big smile, we are going to work hard!
COST $10.00 per person.
**You should be able to hike at a good pace uphill. We will be mixing in some jogging along the trail. (Remember if you are not a jogger/runner you can power hike it!)
**Please go to the registration page to download the release of liability form and bring it with you the day of the class. Arrive early to check in and warm up.
