90 Minute Weekend Workouts, you can do it!

Bot Camp workouts combine resistance training, cardio, sport specific drills and loads of fun while jogging or fast walking in the great outdoors. We will be jogging intervals, hiking, squatting, lunging, jumping jacks, doing push ups and more great total body strength exercises.

Weekend  90 minute workout dates down below are;

Saturday, July 10th,  8:00am Corvallis High School Track – 1 mile timed test, curl ups, planks, push ups, burpees. Check your fitness level, get your base and see how fast you can improve!!! Bring water and a smile!

**Please go to the registration page to download the release of liability form and bring it with you the day of the class. Arrive early to check in and warm up.
