March 8th – March 14th Boot Camp Locations
*Please bring the following to Boot Camp: Yoga Mat, dumbbells (women 5-8 lbs, men 8-12 lbs), resistance tubing with handles (medium to heavy resistance), water bottle.
*Please show up ten minutes early to check-in and warm up.
Monday 3/8 5:30 am: Corvallis High School track/football field.
Tuesday 3/9 5:30 pm: - Reser stadium stair climb and football field runs. Total body resistence, balance and core.
Wednesday 3/10 5:30 am: Timberhill Athletic club, first 30 minutes outside, last 30 minutes inside.
Thursday 3/11 5:30 pm: –Chepenafa Springs Park. Take 29th street past Timberhill, turn right on Daylilly drive. Park on the right side of the street. Could be our firt Chip Ross bench climb of the year. (weather, mud permitting:)
Friday 3125 5:30 am: Parking garage stairs by Reser Stadium. Park by tennis courts on Washinton ave.
