Tuesday   5:30pm – 6:30pm Stairs – RESER STADIUM STAIR WORKOUT!
D.B., Yoga mat, tubing Total Body strength/core/cardio
Wednesday 5:30am – 6:30am Corv allis High School track


D.Bells, mat and tubing  Plyometrics, running, lots of lunges! Core and arms!!!
Thursday 5:30pm-6:30pm Martin Luther King Jr. park on Walnut Ave. Bring all gear – We may get to use the ropes!!!!! Cardio 1 mile loop runs and total body strength.
Friday 5:30am – 6:30am
Reser Stadium or Parking garage stairs at OSU – MEET AT BIG FOOTBALL AT RESER – If the Reser #7 gate is open we will be on the football field.
Dumb Bells, mat and tubing. Stair climbs, running, upper/lower body/core
Sunday 7:30am Location:    

Tuesday 5:30am run -  4 miles flat - Willamette Park in South Corvallis

Thursday 5:30am run – Farigrounds parking lot 4-5miles with some striders. (faster paced sections on the flats.)
