Work together with your friends, co-workers, spouse or meet new people in a mall group training atmosphere.
Semi-private training is a small group consisting of 1-3 people in a group. You will be working with the same trainer at the same time.
*People are grouped together based on schedules, everyone gets to work on THEIR OWN program.
*Once the client is comfortable with the exercise they will keep track of reps, sets and breaks while the trainer focuses on the important thing like posture, form, back position, etc.
*Individual results go UP as the teamwork and social support fostered is an unexpected positive result, you end up pushing and challenging each other. It blends team-work, makes friendships and is a great way to stay comitted to you and the others within the group.
*Cost goes down for the client as semi-private group trainier is less than one on one training.
