February  6th -  March 2nd  (4 weeks)

March 5th - March 29th (No class on Monday, 26th)  (4 weeks)  **Big Climb on March 25th  The first day of Spring in on March 20th, yippee!!

Current Outdoor workouts are Monday – Friday  5:30am to 6:30am

**Please contact Shandra for workout locations as these are sent out on a monthly schedule basis.
