			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Even though we are on a break between Boot Camp sessions most of you are keeping up with your workouts. Are you keeping up with your commitment to healthy nutrition? Remember that your nutrition is 80% of your body&#8217;s appearance. Essentially this means that even if you are working hard on your exercises if you are not properly fueling your body and providing yourself with solid balanced nutrition you may not see the results that you hope to have. Eating healthy is not hard but it does take work if you have not been attentive to proper nutrition in the past. Eating healthy is something that we can help you with by giving you great suggestions and ideas for pre and post workout nutrition, healthy snacks, wholesome balanced meals, and guiding you towards a qualified Nutritionist to develop a personal food pyramid. Our next session is our February Beach Body Boot Camp! Whether you want to get stronger, fitter, healthier, or get ready to hit the beach during spring break this is your opportunity to get that shape you have been looking for. Men and women can benefit from our interval training, stair workouts, body weight/band/resistance training, and our dynamic Tabata fitness routines. Improve your cardiovascular health and get stronger and more flexible by joining us for our morning and evening fitness boot camps. We meet in various indoor and outdoor locations in and around Oregon State University and Corvallis. We emphasize exercise in the great outdoors and utilize our local trail systems, parks, and building structures for incredibly unique and adaptable workouts. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Our January Corvallis Fitness Boot Camp is under way and what a great way it is to begin a New Year and a New You. Remember, no one is asked to do more than they are able. You are challenging yourself and not trying to keep up with anyone else. If you need a break, then take a break and do not worry or feel bad about this. You are a Success just for showing up and taking charge of your health and well being!</p>
<p>*Do not be afraid to push yourself! The human body can withstand a lot and increasing the intensity of your workout is one of the fastest ways to burn calories and lose weight.</p>
<p>*Do not waste a minute! When you are exercising you want to make the most of your time.</p>
<p>*Eating healthy does not cut it! Clients tell me they are eating healthy but they fail to realize the importances of proper portions. Even if you eat that healthy avocado you still have to watch how much of it that you eat. Keep your diet clean and stay away from junk food. It is all about calories going in and calories being burned. Eat less than you burn in a day.</p>
<p>*Crunches do not equal Abs! We all want those flat and washboard abdominal muscles but crunches alone will not do the job nor are they necessarily the best ab exercise. You have to look at the entire package. Eat well, exercise every day, watch portion sizes, and eat small meals more frequently. You cannot see the six pack if it is under a layer of fat. We all have a six pack and we have to get rid of the outer covering of fat for it to be seen. Get at least 30 MINUTES of EXERCISE every day and if your goals are for more than that then let&#8217;s talk!</p>

That&#8217;s right, get ready for the game by getting in a fantastic interval Boot Camp workout with all of us at Corvallis Fitness Adventures, LLC! Since downtown Corvallis will be a zoo with people watching the game at local establishments we will be meeting at the Corvallis High School track at 5:30 pm. We will get our workout in and then feel great to sit down and watch both schools vie for a Rose Bowl birth. Come on out and join us!
