			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hello Outdoor Fitness Boot Campers of present, past and maybe future.  Outdoor fitness has no limitations. The whole world can be your gym to workout  anytime and anyplace!</p>
<p>Starting the week of Monday, August 30th Corvallis Fitness Adventures  (that&#8217;s me) will be offering free workout week!!! Bring a friend that would like  to try out the class and enjoy the beautiful early morning or evening workouts!</p>
<p>I can&#8217;t think of a better way to start the day than with an early  morning workout! Okay, you are probably thinking that sleeping in would be  better but then you just have to find the time in your already busy day to  workout! It&#8217;s too easy to put it off!! Yes we all have the same 24 hours in a  day but are you sure you will keep that commitment to yourself, workout, eat  healthy, challenge yourself and have fun all at the same time???</p>
<p><strong>Here is the schedule for your FREE  workouts!</strong></p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>Tuesday August 31st, <span style="color: #3333ff;">5:30pm &#8211; 6:30pm </span>- Reser Stair climb and total body workout.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Wednesday September 1st, 5:30am &#8211; 6:30am &#8211; OSU parking garage  stair climb and total body workout.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Friday, September 3rd, 5:30am &#8211; 6:30am- Downtown Corvallis on  the waterfront. Park  on 1st street by the fountain.</strong></p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p>Bring your Yoga mat, bands and dumb bells. If you would like to bring a  friend please make sure they bring a signed copy of the liability form that can  be found under the registration page of the website.</p>

Good timing for a few days of rain since we are currently on our one week break between <a href="http://www.corvallisfit.com/outdoor-fitnessboot-camps/">Boot Camp sessions</a>. We have a great group of returning Boot Campers for the June session as well as some terrific and motivated new people that will be joining us. Cannot wait to have the group together once again and start hitting the trails, parks, stairs, and unique terrain in and around Corvallis. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Happy Monday and Happy Spring! We got to watch the sun rise this morning from the top of the parking garage on the campus of Oregon State University. When we started our stair workout this morning there was a slight rain but within minutes the skies cleared and the sun rose beautifully for all of us to enjoy. We did 18 sets of stairs this morning for a total of 1890 steps. Everyone did a great job and we had participants of all different levels of fitness. That is the great thing about our <a href="http://www.corvallisfit.com/outdoor-fitnessboot-camps/">Boot Camps</a>, we have a mix of different fitness levels but everyone supports each other through stairs, Slosh Pipe workouts, hill repeats, challenging partner drills, core stability work, and throughout our dynamic stretching routines. This is what fitness is all about:  getting together with great people that all have the same goal and that is getting/staying healthy and making good lifestyle choices. We had a wonderful workout this morning to start off our week! 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Our current <a href="http://www.corvallisfit.com/outdoor-fitnessboot-camps/">Boot Camp</a> is in full swing and our third workout session was this morning at the Corvallis High School track. Interval training was the theme this morning and we woke ourselves up with builders on the football field. We mixed in plenty of strength training, core stability, and of course a great cool down stretching session. What a way to start the day especially since it was not raining! Last night we hit the stairs at the parking garage on the Oregon State University campus. In between each set of 525 steps we worked in plenty of Burpees, Push Ups, walking Lunges, and we used the resistance rings around our ankles for Squat Walks. Talk about a fantastic workout for the glutes and outer hips! Our team for the <a href="http://www.run4oregonwine.com/">Run 4 Oregon Wine Half Marathon </a>continues to grow and we are excited up training for and participating in this sure to be great event!
