Our next session starts right up on Monday January 31 so get yourself ready to go at it again for the next Corvallis Fitness Adventure Outdoor Fitness Camp with Shandra! Bring yourself and bring a friend or two. We&#8217;ve got stair climbing, TRX Trainers, Interval/Tabata workouts, running and track drills, core stability, battling ropes, slosh pipes, and your favorite:  Those felt pads for your feet!</p>
<p>Come on back and continue to get strong, strong, and STRONG! All of you are awesome and I look forward to the next session beginning in three days!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://www.corvallisfit.com/outdoor-fitnessboot-camps/">The June Boot Camp</a> has begun and we started off yesterday with a challenging workout at the Corvallis High School track. Lots of warming up helped all of us get back in the Boot Camp mode. Intervals were the theme yesterday morning and we utilized the excellent turf surface for plenty of laterals, down and backs, Burpees, Push-Ups, and had some great partner drills that really hit our lats and pectorals. We finished up with some terrific core strengthening exercises and cool down stretching. The sunrise was awesome and everyone did a great job. Tonight we are <a href="http://www.corvallisfit.com/outdoor-fitnessboot-camps/weekly-meeting-locations/">stair climbing at Reser Stadium</a> on the campus of Oregon State University which is always a fun, challenging, and thorough workout. Come on out and join us! Our Boot Camp workouts are awesome for just about any level of fitness and will certainly help you break through your gym blahs! We also have a running group that is training for the <a href="http://www.run4oregonwine.com/">Oregon Run 4 Wine</a> half marathon and this morning our run was at Bald Hill. It was spectacular to watch the sun come up over the farm. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Rain, snow, sleet, wind, hail:  none of these stop us from training in our <a href="http://www.corvallisfit.com/outdoor-fitnessboot-camps/">Outdoor Fitness Boot Camp</a>! Last night we had a great workout on the Oregon State University campus in the parking garage and we completed 1890 stairs! In between sets of six we really loaded up our legs with weighted lunges, squats, partner drills with resistance bands, and we also managed to get in plenty of push-ups and core exercises. What a workout! As always everyone did a fantastic job of keeping their form while performing each exercise and working hard to push them out. We are getting so strong! It is fantastic to have such a great group of people and each individual makes all of us a team. If you would like to break through your fitness plateaus, workout in a group environment, get out of the gym and exercise in the fresh air then why not join us? Drop-ins are always welcome! 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Yee Hah! Only two weeks before our big adventure of <a href="http://www.bigclimb.org">The Big Climb in Seattle</a>! Our training continues to go well and everyone is doing an exceptional job of working hard to get ready for this awesome event. Saturday&#8217;s hill run up Road 300 in the Dunn Forest was awesome and thanks to the whole team for showing up. It certainly was different than just running stairs and provided another awesome cross-training experience. Everyone has gotten incredibly strong and powered up all 1600 feet of vertical! Our special two week Mini Boot Camp has begun and we will use these workouts to continue to ready ourselves for the <a href="http://www.bigclimb.org">Big Climb</a> as well as the overall fitness training of those that are not participating in Seattle. The weather is supposed to change this week so make certain that you stay warm, eat right, get lots of sleep, and continue to keep your body healthy. You don&#8217;t want to ring in spring with a cold or flu bug. We will continue to work our legs hard and load our workouts so that we not only continue to get stronger but will also increase our endurance. Lots of lunges, walking squats, interval training, and plenty of core work.
