			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Since adding a Beginner Boot Camp program we have received a tremendous amount of interest from people curious about this workout. Sometimes people want to get involved in fitness boot camps but they are intimidated thinking that the workout will be too &#8216;hardcore&#8217; for their current level of fitness. This is understandable and in many respects it is good that people are taking notice of what their current abilities are and also where they &#8216;want to be.&#8217; Fitness classes of any type can be intimidating if participants feel that they will not be able to keep up with other class members or if they think they may be uncomfortable with the exercises and drills.</p>
<p>Corvallis Fitness Adventures, LLC wants to provide a comfortable environment for people  that want to begin the boot camp workout and benefit from this exceptional style of fitness. Any and all questions are important and should be asked prior to beginning a fitness regimen. It seems as though everyone here either runs, bikes, hikes, climbs, skis, golfs, etc. and enjoys outdoor activities. Performing just one of these activities is often not enough to insure that you stay in the best overall health. Enjoying more than one type of fitness will help provide you with a well balanced &#8220;cross trained&#8221; body and lifestyle. Many times it is easy to get into a rut with your training and you can hit a plateau. By mixing up your fitness you not only challenge your muscles but also challenge your mind.</p>
<p>There are several different options to break the fitness rut and these can include working with a personal trainer or trying a fitness boot camp. Some people choose to get involved in group exercise classes and no matter which of these options you choose, you will surely benefit from the change in routine. Corvallis Fitness Adventures offers outdoor fitness boot camps and personal training with A.C.E Certified Personal Trainer Shandra Milstein. This boot camp will feature a split schedule to accommodate all of our participants with two morning sessions and two evening sessions each week over a four week period. The temperatures have dropped back to the 70&#8242;s and it is just perfect for performing our workouts outdoors. It is not too late for you to sign up if you want to join this session and even if you want to drop in and test yourself for one session it is not a problem. Call Shandra Milstein at (541) 207-8526 if you would like to do a &#8220;drop in&#8221; workout. Anyone interested in experiencing this fantastic workout is always welcome.
