			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Yeehah! What a workout we had last night in Reser Stadium on the campus of Oregon State University. Even though we are on a break between <a href="http://www.corvallisfit.com/outdoor-fitnessboot-camps/">boot camp sessions</a> we had a &#8220;volunteer&#8221; stair workout last night and a BIG group turned out to hit the stairs in the rain. Between pounding up and down the stadium steps and doing interval strength training on the turf we had a fantastic time. Everyone was able to go at their own pace so that it was enjoyable for all and a total body workout was provided. Thanks to everyone that came out and &#8220;volunteered&#8221; for a rainy yet fun time.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t forget that this Friday, February 5th, is <a href="http://www.goredforwomen.org/">Go Red For Women</a>. Wear Red all day to show your support for this important cause. <a href="http://www.goredforwomen.org/">Go Red For Women</a> is about (copied below from the official site):</p>

It seems as though everyone here either runs, bikes, hikes, climbs, skis, golfs, etc. and enjoys outdoor activities. Enjoying more than one type of fitness will help provide you with a well balanced &#8220;cross trained&#8221; body and lifestyle. Many times it is easy to get into a rut with your training and you can hit a plateau. By mixing up your fitness you not only challenge your muscles but also challenge your mind.</p>
