			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Holy cow! Those stairs were tough <a href="http://www.corvallisfit.com/outdoor-fitnessboot-camps/">yesterday afternoon at Reser Stadium on the Oregon State Campus</a>. We had a small group yesterday but we hit the stairs anyway. Nothing like getting a burn in your quads! The weather was great, the surface was dry, and we did up and downs with interval training on the turf. Plenty of Crocodile Push-Ups, laterals, and we even through in some good old fashioned &#8220;Hot Potato.&#8221; We took plenty of time at the end of our interval training for some partner core strengthening drills. The squishy medicine balls are great for this and make it easy to do ball passing drills to really hit the abdominals and obliques. We finished up this week&#8217;s <a href="http://www.corvallisfit.com/outdoor-fitnessboot-camps/">Boot Camp</a> sessions with a morning workout at the old barn at <a href="http://www.corvallisfit.com/outdoor-fitnessboot-camps/weekly-meeting-locations/">Bald Hill Park</a>. Rain or shine it is such a beautiful place for a workout and to greet the new day. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Wow!!! This morning was just awesome as we did our workout at the Corvallis High School track. The weather was warm and perfect as we did a thorough warm up prior to heading into a <a href="http://www.corvallisfit.com/outdoor-fitnessboot-camps/">fantastic interval cardio/strength regimen</a>. We watched the sun come up over the coastal mountains and the time just flew by. Nothing like doing lateral runs, crocodile push-ups, lunges, and a whole bunch of partner drills to get your metabolism fired up and ready to face the work day. Everyone did an awesome job this morning (even Russ!). We had a terrific turn out of participants today and our group worked so well together. Way to go Boot Campers! 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>That&#8217;s right, our Boot Camp is filled with Moms! Mothers of all ages participate in our <a href="http://www.corvallisfit.com/outdoor-fitnessboot-camps/">Outdoor Fitness Boot Camps </a>and boy do they work hard! What better treat to give yourself than the gift of fitness and good health? This morning we began the week&#8217;s <a href="http://www.corvallisfit.com/outdoor-fitnessboot-camps/weekly-meeting-locations/">Boot Camp with a fantastic workout at MLK Park in Corvallis</a>. The sun is rising before 6:00 am and there is nothing quite like greeting the new day while in the great outdoors, fresh air, and getting the heart and body pumping to tackle the week ahead. This morning we mixed in some terrific interval training with dumbbell workouts, core exercises, hill work, and as always some fabulous stretching to wind down at the end of the workout. Moms and non-Moms alike all worked hard and helped each other through the workout.
