			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Wow!!! This morning was just awesome as we did our workout at the Corvallis High School track. The weather was warm and perfect as we did a thorough warm up prior to heading into a <a href="http://www.corvallisfit.com/outdoor-fitnessboot-camps/">fantastic interval cardio/strength regimen</a>. We watched the sun come up over the coastal mountains and the time just flew by. Nothing like doing lateral runs, crocodile push-ups, lunges, and a whole bunch of partner drills to get your metabolism fired up and ready to face the work day. Everyone did an awesome job this morning (even Russ!). We had a terrific turn out of participants today and our group worked so well together. Way to go Boot Campers! 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Rain, snow, sleet, wind, hail:  none of these stop us from training in our <a href="http://www.corvallisfit.com/outdoor-fitnessboot-camps/">Outdoor Fitness Boot Camp</a>! Last night we had a great workout on the Oregon State University campus in the parking garage and we completed 1890 stairs! In between sets of six we really loaded up our legs with weighted lunges, squats, partner drills with resistance bands, and we also managed to get in plenty of push-ups and core exercises. What a workout! As always everyone did a fantastic job of keeping their form while performing each exercise and working hard to push them out. We are getting so strong! It is fantastic to have such a great group of people and each individual makes all of us a team. If you would like to break through your fitness plateaus, workout in a group environment, get out of the gym and exercise in the fresh air then why not join us? Drop-ins are always welcome! 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://www.bigclimb.org">The Big Climb</a> is getting closer and the Corvallis Fitness Adventures &#8220;Dare to Stair&#8221; Team is working hard for the event. We had a fantastic workout up on Dimple Hill this past Saturday and then started the week off with another dandy at the Corvallis High School track this morning. The legs were burning and this will serve us well when we are climbing the Columbia Center in three short weeks. We continue to hit the stairs in Reser Stadium and the OSU parking garage at least twice each week and we are really concentrating on our handrail techniques and double stepping. Even if you are not on our Big Climb team you are certainly welcome to join us for a workout. Drop-In&#8217;s are always a great way to get started with <a href="http://www.corvallisfit.com/outdoor-fitnessboot-camps/">Fitness Boot Camp Workouts</a> and we would love to have you stop on by.
