			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Great workout this morning on those stairs!!! Are you keeping your  tallies someplace at home for stairs, push ups and Burpees?? Remember when you  first started?? Remember how hard it was/is to do sets of stairs then drop down  and do push ups!! Oh man, some of the best high intensity cardio and strength  training intervals ever to boost your metabolism and keep it firing all day  long!!!</p>
<p>Just a remember that next Monday August 30th there is NO BOOT CAMP&#8230;  Now, if any of you decide to do stairs that morning then you are truly dedicated  to your body, mind and spirit because the exercise is so good for us.</p>
<p><span style="color: #000099;">***Half marathon runners, take Monday off. You can  do an easy walk but give your body the 2 days to rest. I encourage you to walk  at least 3 miles or so and then stretch afterwards, this is not the week to ease  off your stretching or your hydrating and GOOD nutrition before the big  race.</span></p>
<p>I am back in town on Monday afternoon and will have email available to  me.</p>
<p><span style="color: #ff0000;">NEXT WEEK ALL BOOT CAMP WORKOUTS ARE FEE &#8212;  Bring  a friend with you and make sure they come with a signed waiver in hand, a water  bottle a mat or towel. </span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000099;">Workouts for next week are going to  be;</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000099;">Tuesday night &#8211; 5:30pm Reser Stadium stairs and  total body strength</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000099;">Wednesday morning &#8211; 5:30am OSU parking garage  stairs, meet me on the top floor</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000099;">Friday morning &#8211; 5:30pm Downtown by the waterfront  on 1st street. Meet in front of the fountain area.</span></p>
<p>**Remember to arrive early to set up and start warm ups. Tell me if you  have any new aches and pains or how your existing pain is and lastly, work your  hardest, challenge yourself, have fun and take the time to take care of  yourself!!! You are important, your mind, your spirit, your body will  follow:)</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hello Outdoor Fitness Boot Campers of present, past and maybe future.  Outdoor fitness has no limitations. The whole world can be your gym to workout  anytime and anyplace!</p>
<p>Starting the week of Monday, August 30th Corvallis Fitness Adventures  (that&#8217;s me) will be offering free workout week!!! Bring a friend that would like  to try out the class and enjoy the beautiful early morning or evening workouts!</p>
<p>I can&#8217;t think of a better way to start the day than with an early  morning workout! Okay, you are probably thinking that sleeping in would be  better but then you just have to find the time in your already busy day to  workout! It&#8217;s too easy to put it off!! Yes we all have the same 24 hours in a  day but are you sure you will keep that commitment to yourself, workout, eat  healthy, challenge yourself and have fun all at the same time???</p>
<p><strong>Here is the schedule for your FREE  workouts!</strong></p>

<p><strong>Tuesday August 31st, <span style="color: #3333ff;">5:30pm &#8211; 6:30pm </span>- Reser Stair climb and total body workout.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Wednesday September 1st, 5:30am &#8211; 6:30am &#8211; OSU parking garage  stair climb and total body workout.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Friday, September 3rd, 5:30am &#8211; 6:30am- Downtown Corvallis on  the waterfront. Park  on 1st street by the fountain.</strong></p>

<p>Bring your Yoga mat, bands and dumb bells. If you would like to bring a  friend please make sure they bring a signed copy of the liability form that can  be found under the registration page of the website.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We are almost ready to start our next<a href="http://www.corvallisfit.com/outdoor-fitnessboot-camps/"> Boot Camp session</a>! We have been on a week break between boot camps but have still managed to add in some great free workout sessions! This morning about ten of us headed up to the bench at the top of Chip Ross Park. What a gorgeous morning to hit the trail! There were deer running around and the sunrise was spectacular. We did a timed run/walk to the bench and boy did everyone do great! Once at the top we did some interval work, push ups, and dips and then had a nice leisurely walk back to Chempanafa Park. Thanks all of you who joined us this morning! Our <a href="http://www.corvallisfit.com/outdoor-fitnessboot-camps/">next Outdoor Fitness Boot Camp starts on Monday, July 12th </a>and there is still time to register. You can go to the <a href="http://www.corvallisfit.com/outdoor-fitnessboot-camps/register/">registration page</a> to download documents, print them out, fill in the info, and then bring them with you on Monday morning. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://www.corvallisfit.com/outdoor-fitnessboot-camps/">The June Boot Camp</a> has begun and we started off yesterday with a challenging workout at the Corvallis High School track. Lots of warming up helped all of us get back in the Boot Camp mode. Intervals were the theme yesterday morning and we utilized the excellent turf surface for plenty of laterals, down and backs, Burpees, Push-Ups, and had some great partner drills that really hit our lats and pectorals. We finished up with some terrific core strengthening exercises and cool down stretching. The sunrise was awesome and everyone did a great job. Tonight we are <a href="http://www.corvallisfit.com/outdoor-fitnessboot-camps/weekly-meeting-locations/">stair climbing at Reser Stadium</a> on the campus of Oregon State University which is always a fun, challenging, and thorough workout. Come on out and join us! Our Boot Camp workouts are awesome for just about any level of fitness and will certainly help you break through your gym blahs! We also have a running group that is training for the <a href="http://www.run4oregonwine.com/">Oregon Run 4 Wine</a> half marathon and this morning our run was at Bald Hill. It was spectacular to watch the sun come up over the farm.
